  • We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will:

    • Maintain a customer-first mentality in all aspects of the job

    • Own the health of your client relationships in all respects: product utilization, user training, campaign success, contract renewal, and beyond.

    • Protect our company growth by minimizing churn. Identify renewals due in the next 90 days and contact customer to start the process

    • Work closely with potential and existing customers throughout their Attune journey to develop customer relationships that ensure the highest satisfaction and promote retention and loyalty. This includes:

    - Talk to customer (phone/webex/in person) about the platform and perform demos to support the sales team

    - Scope projects, remotely and on-site

    - Work with the sales team to put together quotes

    - Own the onboarding and fulfillment process to ensure completion on a timely manner and proactively communicate with client the status of each stage and manage expectations (training, fulfillment, shipment, install)

    - Be the customer main POC and route questions to the appropriate team members and relay answers to customer or ensure that answers are provided by the delegated team member

    - Understand customers needs and operations to help drive expansions

    • Proactively collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to serve as the voice of the customer

    • Grow existing business by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities when there is alignment with Attune products and services that help customers achieve their desired outcomes

    • Identify customer challenges and proactively suggest better solutions and strategies

    • Participate in weekly meetings with team to go over status of onboarding for the different deals in the pipeline and assign pending tasks to other team members related to support, training, installation, fulfillment, etc.

    • Use Intercom to find a list of inactive customers and proactively reach out to them to increase utilization and value provided to meet their objectives

    • Detect and respond to key stakeholder changes within each customer. Support onboarding of new contacts with consultation and best practices

    • Coach customers to become product experts to drive self-sufficiency

    • Capture customer experience and product feedback for the company

    • Solicit customer references and case studies

    • Contribute to development of playbooks and tools used to drive customer engagement

    • Use CRM software and develop best practices to track all customer service interactions

    • Help with hardware assembly and fulfillment as needed

    • Help troubleshoot hardware or software issues/bugs

    • Help with the product knowledge-base and document knowledge to strengthen the areas where customer have questions/difficulties

    • Meet and strive to exceed individual monthly, quarterly and annual goals

    • Build creative solutions within constraints of existing networks, systems, and policies

    About you…

    • Have a college degree in science, engineering, or similar degree

    • Have technical aptitude and ability to learn hardware and software programs

    • Experienced with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus

    • Experienced with implementing Smart Building or HVAC systems in buildings is a major plus

  • We are looking for a Hardware & Application Engineer.

    The Hardware & Application Engineering position at Attune encompasses a variety of roles, each with unique and satisfying challenges. He/she is responsible for developing, implementing, and testing firmware for the various pieces of equipment that comprises Attune’s physical platform. Decisions regarding necessary features and improvements to the firmware can arise from customer requests, internal business needs, and the engineer’s own findings. As a result, the candidate will need to be able to use sound judgment to discern requirements versus desires and properly allocate time and budget within a finite set of resources. In interfacing with clients as needed, the applicant will need to clearly and effectively communicate ideas and constraints in a supportive manner.

    As part of the embedded development process, the position will allow for working with new technologies and sensors and requires rapid development when these needs arise. Experimentation, testing, and design validation can be expected; an ideal candidate will be able to successfully balance business needs and accelerated timelines without sacrificing quality.

    The role also requires prototyping and design for manufacturing of the PCB enclosures for the physical pieces of the platform. The candidate should have an understanding of injection molding and the design considerations that arise from working with different materials using this method.

    Furthermore, the position has a need for developing custom solutions for specific applications per customer request, oftentimes involving the integration of third party sensors and equipment with the Attune hardware and mounted in an enclosure. Machining prototypes in-house is necessary, as is developing dimensioned drawings to provide a machine shop for larger scale orders.

    About You

    • B.S. Mechanical Engineering or related field

    • Experience with design software (Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, Solidworks, etc.)

    • Coding experience (Embedded C preferred)

    • Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical equipment functions and use, HVAC system control applications, control system hardware and software products is a plus

    • Knowledge of standard building automation system communication network protocols such as BACnet, Modbus and LON is a plus

    • Strong & open communication skills

    • Ability to work well in a team & independently

    • Desire to be challenged and persevere

  • We are looking for a Mechanical-Electrical Assembler.

    As a Mechanical-Electrical Assembler you will build and test precision Attune kits.​ This is not assembly line work; you will be involved in the full build from the beginning through final test and certification of a variety of products.​ You will work closely with the engineering team, providing feedback for continued product design improvement.​ The successful candidate must be able to follow assembly instructions, standard operating/quality assurance procedures, and function well in an office environment.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Build & assemble precision mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using written instructions, images, and wiring diagrams

    • Perform final assembly for customer kits

    • Utilize small hand-held tools such as a screwdriver and caliper

    • Connect cables, tubes, and wiring, according to specifications

    • Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards utilizing established procedures

    • Inspect, test, and calibrate new and existing instruments using established procedures

    • Follow detailed processes and document any relevant production test data

    • Contribute to process improvements and assembly procedures within the relevant assembly areas

    • Interface with engineering to resolve any issues that arise

    • Machining experience is a plus

    About You…

    • HS Diploma or equivalent

    • 1+ years of experience in production assembly

    • Proficiency with precision hand tools such as screwdriver and power tools such as drill press

    • Must be self-starter with ability to work with minimum level of supervision

    • Excellent attention to detail

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States

    • Ability to keep a manufacturing/assembly area and lab organized and efficient

    • Ability to multi-task

    • Ability to read, interpret and follow basic written and verbal instructions

    • Flexibility to work overtime as business needs dictate

    • Comfortable with schematics and mechanical drawings
