A distributed network of sensors can be deployed to gather data necessary to analyze current and historical performance of all HVAC assets. A typical Building Automation System (BAS) will run the HVAC control loops, but will not provide the needed real-time data for HVAC commissioning. Attune provides alternative retrofit options for buildings with an outdated Building Automation System (BAS), no existing BAS, or a closed system. Gain visibility to utility systems (electricity, water, gas) that aren’t directly connected to the BAS and see all your data in real-time via the Attune Dashboard or via API. Attune acts as a virtual BAS that ingests real-time utility data from a building, supplements that data with additional retrofit IoT sensors, implements a cloud-based intelligence layer on top of the on-site infrastructure, and can feed back control instructions from the cloud to on-site equipment to optimize building operations.
