We are looking for someone who will

  • Help implement and refine a customer service strategy to ensure the highest satisfaction for customers and clients
  • Be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
  • Work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction
  • Take ownership of day-to-day interactions between Senseware and its users
  • Take steps to know the company’s products inside and out and provide technical support to customers and training on Senseware products
  • Use CRM software and develop best practices to track all customer service interactions
  • Meet and strive to exceed individual monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Go to customer site as needed and help install the Senseware system
  • Assemble and fulfill, and ship customer orders

About you

  • Have a college degree in science, communications, marketing or similar degree
  • Have technical aptitude and ability to learn hardware and software programs
  • Experienced with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) major plus
  • Experienced with implementing systems in building is a plus
  • Desire to work in a startup environment, with proactive mindset and minimum need for supervision
  • Persistence and determination to deliver results
  • Excellent communication and management abilities
  • Well organized and strong work ethic
  • Outgoing, personable and fun

The successful candidate must be a highly independent, assertive, and confident self starter who has a strong sense of sales urgency and likes to work in a fast-paced environment. In this position you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of Senseware . He/she will be responsible for uncovering and qualifying leads and ensuring that our front end of the funnel is filled with new opportunities and appointments. The Sales Development Representative will work closely with the AE team to meet goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage lead generation and nurturing programs. Candidate will be responsible for objectives, targets, metrics, and processes to drive customer and data acquisition
  • Make daily outbound calls and emails  to potential customers
  • Record and update information in our CRM
  • Meet and exceed goals related to business opportunity identification and qualification
  • Create and deliver qualified leads to Sales team
  • Use Linkedin and other tools to find new prospects
  • Continually improve knowledge of Senseware and current industry targets

  • Aiming to attain predetermined call activity and revenue targets within assigned regions, customers or categories.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting and pipeline development process.

  • BA/BSc degree preferred.
