Senseware is a Smart Building Solution that wirelessly monitors performance across all Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental and Plumbing systems to help facilities run more cost-effectively. Building operators and energy consultants use Senseware to harness the Internet of Things and get easy access to the systems and data that matter specifically to them -- both on-premise and off-site. What began as a way to simply stream real-time energy data has blossomed into a full blown universally connected Internet of Thing ecosystem capable of connecting any device, system, or piece of equipment.
Our advanced wireless platform delivers building owners, operators, and facility managers a simple and affordable way to integrate, monitor, and control all of their systems. Our wireless, cloud-hosted platform's combination of patent-pending hardware and software enables a wide range of applications from energy management, equipment-level asset management, HVAC control solutions, and more through our easy-to-use interface or the software of your choosing. We're wrangling all of your things into one system for optimizing facility performance, meeting regulatory requirements, and reducing costs.
Upon completing his PhD work assessing the severity of Parkinson’s disease in patients using accelerometers, CTO Julien Stamatakis realized the need for a standardized universal sensor platform. This platform would be simple to use and make data available from any sensor, regardless of the type of data being collected.
After discussing the idea with CEO Serene Almomen, they founded Senseware in 2013, and today, we continue to build off the original concept offering a platform that enables facility managers, building owners, analytics software providers, and consultants to better understand and make use of data from the world around us.
We’re developing new capabilities and improvements to our platform every day, addressing key challenges faced by our customers and partners, while investing in new people to grow our team and cultivate the traditions and culture Senseware will carry forward.
